摘要
目前中国各级政府已采取一些措施缓解"海归"科技创业的资金紧张问题。但总体而言"海归"创业较难获得国内商业融资。与之对应,海外融资市场较规范、融资渠道较多、融资规模较大已是业内的共识。解决"海归"融资难的问题,政府发挥作用之处主要在于法律和体制的建设。"海归"自身则应以积极心态看待目前融资难问题,在力争突破国内融资瓶颈同时,也争取在国际资本市场解决融资问题。
Nowadays the government has done a lot to solve the finance problem of the returned overseas Chinese entrepreneurs. However, it＇s normally difficult for the returned overseas Chinese entrepreneurs to gain domestic commercial finance. On the other hand, it＇s well known that the international finance market is favorable. To solve the finance problem, the government should pay more attention to the establishment of law and institution. The returned overseas Chinese entrepreneurs themselves should positively look at the problem and try to solve the finance problem in international finance market.
