摘要
任何工程项目的实施离不开科学有效的施工管理,而施工管理中组织管理是关键。如何正确把握施工组织管理的几个主要环节,以及做好每一个环节的各项工作,是每一个工程管理者必须掌握的内容。结合大型综合性小区的施工组织与管理实践,提出管理中的几个重要环节及各个环节须把握主要事项,供大家交流和探讨,以便在今后开发建设中深化和完善。
Scientific and efficient construction management is the only way to carry out any project, while the key point of construction management is to arrange the management. As a manager, we must know well what the steps to arrange the management are, and how to carry out everything successfully. This paper links up with the construction organizations and management experience of the large-sized synthetic residential areas3 it also brings up several main items of the important links in management for the ones in the field of property management to discuss and exchange ideas in order to deepen and better our work in the future.
