摘要
施工组织是一门应用技术科学,它通过施工实践,把一系列技术(包括管理方法) 组合应用,转化为生产力,所以也是一门研究建筑生产力的学科,其根本目的在于追求工程建设实施阶段的最大经济效益。当前企业对经济效益的要求迫切,为施工组织科学的进一步发展开辟了广阔前景。本文在分析当前建筑业的情况后,对这门学科的建设提出了出版学科理论著作,编撰学科“标准”、“手册”工具书等具体建议。
Construction organization has been one of the applied technological sciences and played the important role in promotion of productivity through a series of technology and technical exper- tise(including management)in construction practice, and eventually turned out to be one of the courses of productivity science in construction. Its basic goal is to obtain the highest economical ef- ficiency during period of construction. For now, it has been recognized as one of the urgent and widely promising sciences in the developing of economical efficiency of construction enterprise. After a comprehensive analysis of the present construction enterprise nowadays, this article has put forward some practical suggestions about it namely: the publishing of some books concerning construction organiztion and management, and the compiling and editing of its respective construction standards, codes, handbooks and manuals etc.
