摘要
选择高甘油三酯血症(HTG)患者62例,随机分为运动组(实验组)和对照组,观察病人血浆可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞间黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)及血脂浓度的变化,研究了有氧健身操对HTG患者细胞黏附分子及血脂水平的影响.结果表明,经6个月有氧健身操运动后,实验组slCAM-1s、VCAM-1、Ps、Fig、TG和TC水平明显低于对照组,HDL-C水平明显高于对照组,其差异均有显著性(P<0.05或0.01).说明有氧健身操运动具有良好的调节血脂异常的作用,并可降低高甘油三酯血症患者细胞黏附分子水平.
To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise therapy on cell adhesion molecules and serum lipid in patients with hypertriglyceridemia(HTG), a total of 62 subjects with HTG were randomly divided into exercise therapy group and control group, and the level changes in plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (slCAM-1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1), serum Lipid were measured before and after 6 months observation. The results show that average levels of serum sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, Ps, Fig, TG and TC were significantly lowered in the exercise therapy group than those in control group at the end point of the 6 months observation ( P 〈 0.05 or 0.01), and the level of serum HDL-C was significantly elevated in the exercise therapy group than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). The results imply that aerobic exercise therapy can modulate serum lipid and reduce cell adhesion molecule concentration effectively in patients with HTG.
