摘要
美国是世界上较早发起信息素养运动的国家,在信息素养运动开展的不同阶段,其国内的不同组织制定了许多相关文件。本文通过调研一些代表性文件,对美国信息素养的发展历程进行了回顾与总结,并在此基础上概括出美国信息素养发展的7大特征。
The USA initiated the information literacy movement earlier than any other countries in the world. Lots of documents about information literacy were worked out by different organizations of America in each phase of information literacy movement. This article reviews and summarizes the development course of American information literacy movement by investigating some representative documents, and generalizes 7 major characteristics of American information literacy movement.
