摘要
采用ＬＳＡＢ免疫组化染色方法，对３９例食管鳞癌手术标本的ＩＣＥ（Ｐ２０）蛋白进行标记。结果发现：随着食管正常上皮向不典型增生上皮转变，ＩＣＥ弥漫性细胞阳性逐渐减少以至消失，４例不典型增生上皮出现散在细胞阳性；７４．３６％（２９／３９）的癌组织中有ＩＣＥ散在表达，且随着癌细胞分化程度的降低，ＩＣＥ的表达率也逐渐减少。提示：细胞的凋亡程度与癌细胞的分化有关，癌组织分化越好，其凋亡的发生率也越高；ＩＣＥ蛋白分布状态的变化可以作为食管癌早期癌变的一个检测指标。
ICE(P20) of the specimens from 39 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas were labelled with immunohistochemical LSAB method.The results showed that with the change from the normal epithelium to displasia,the number of ICE + cells decreased gradually and disappeared at last.The distribution of ICE +cells was from diffusion to scatter.There were 74.36%(29/39) ICE + in carcinoma.With the differentiation from well to poor,the rate of ICE + cells was gradually decreased.This indicated that the extent of apoptosis was related to the cancer cell differentiation.The better the differentiation of carcinoma,the higher the ratio of apoptosis.Otherwise,the changes of ICE distribution may be a monitoring marker for esophageal early malignant change.
