原发性食管癌组织中多药抗药性基因1的表达 被引量:4

摘要 用RTPCR方法,定量检测了30例食管癌和相应切断正常粘膜组织中多药抗药(MultiDrugResistance,MDR)性基因1的表达。结果:癌组织中33.3%的病例存在MDR1基因的表达,而相对应的切断正常粘膜组织中,仅有13.3%的病例存在MDR1基因的表达,皆为低中度表达。P<0.05,2者间差异有显著性。但MDR1基因的表达与食管癌临床病理资料如性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分级、淋巴结转移、TNM分期等无关。结果提示:MDR1基因的表达在食管癌的发生中起一定的作用,它可能与食管癌的原发性耐药有关。 Expression of MDR1 gene was detected quantitatively with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction in the cancerous tissues and corresponding normal mucosa from 30 patients with primary esophageal carcinoma.The results showed that in 33.3%(10/30) of the cancerous tissues and 13.3%(4/30) of the normal mucosa the expression of MDR1 gene were observed,and the comprison was of significant defference( P <0.05).However the expression of MDR l gene wasn’t related to the clinical and pathological data such as sex,age,the size of tumor,the degree of differentiation,metastasis of lymph node,the stage of TNM etc.It is suggested that the expression of MDR1 gene play a certain role in development of esophageal carcinoma and might be associated with the primary multidrug resistance of esophageal carcinoma.
