摘要
以甲基泛影酸钠和聚蔗糖配制不连续的密度梯度离心液，分离纯化食管粘膜Ｌａｎｇｅｒｈａｎｓ细胞（Ｌａｎｇｅｒｈａｎｓｃｅｌ，ＬＣ），并以ＣＤ１ａ抗原阳性表达作为ＬＣ判断标准。结果显示：此法可将正常食管粘膜ＬＣ的浓度平均由分离前的１．２％提高至分离后的２１％。提示：该法能从食管粘膜中分离出一定纯度的ＬＣ。
In Human esophageal Langerhans cells were isolated with discontinuous gradient centrifugation solution prepared with Ficall 400 and sodium metricote.The isolated LCs can be averagely enriched from 1.24% in normal esophageal epidermal before isolation to 21% in the acquired cell suspension after isolation by using this method.It is concluded that by using this method a certain degree of purity of LCs can be isolated from esophageal epidermal.
