摘要
报道了肝炎宁胶囊中大黄素的提取方法，采用高效液相色谱法测定了肝炎宁胶囊中大黄素的含量．为评价含大黄素类药材及其制剂的质量提供了一个准确、灵敏和快速的测定方法．
The method for extraction of emodin from the sample has been improved successfully and the quantitative determination of emodin in Ganyanning capsules by HPLC is reported. The procedure is simple and rapid.The results are stable and reproducible.The method can be used for evaluation of crude drugs and its preparations containing emodin.
