摘要
在论述和谐文化的理论基础和高等学校在和谐文化建设中的传承、创新、示范、辐射、引领等作用的基础上,提出明确办学理念、建立和谐高等教育体系与和谐校园;强调育人是学校的中心和率先实行育人型管理的理念;提出高等学校中政治领导、行政领导、学术领导相结合,政治民主、行政民主、学术民主相统一,以及依法自主办学、诚信办学、教育公平等理念。
After exploring the theoretical basis of harmonious culture and the role colleges and universities play in the construction of harmonious culture, this paper clarifies the idea of school-running and makes it clear that a harmonious higher education system and harmonious universities should be built up. It stresses that educating students is the central task of the school and that this idea should be adopted as the idea of management. It also points out that co-leadership should be formed by the political, the administrative and the academic leaders of the school and that political democracy, administrative democracy and academic democracy should be unified. Besides, it advances some ideas such as the idea of independently running a school by law and with trustworthiness, and educational equality.
