摘要
目的:探讨平阳霉素对翼状胬肉的早期干预治疗。方法:取平阳霉素1mg对18例(26眼)胬肉患者行局部注射,完毕后结膜囊内滴1g/L氧氟沙星地塞米松滴眼液,注射前后观察眼压、角膜、晶状体等。结果:18例(26眼)中24眼(92%)胬肉逐渐脱落,2眼(8%)停止发展;7眼(27%)第2d出现角膜少许点染,3d后消失,未发现高眼压、白内障等并发症。结论:胬肉早期进行平阳霉素局部注射干预治疗,简单、安全、切实可行、效果良好。
AIM： To discuss the effect of Pingyangmycin in treating pterygium at early stage.
METHODS： Eighteen cases （26 eyes） with pterygium were treated with l mg Pingyangmycin by local injection and received lg/L ofloxacin combined dexamethasone eyedrops after injection. The intraocular pressure （IOP）, cornea and lens were observed before and after injection.
RESULTS： Among 26 eyes of 18 cases, the pterygium of 24 eyes （ 92%） gradually fell off, the development of pterygium in 2 eyes （8%） stopped, and a little corneal fluorescein stain was found in 7 eyes （27%） the next day, and disappeared 3 days later, without any complications such as intraocular hyperten-sion and cataract. CONCLUSION. Pingyangmycin for treating pterygium at early stage by local injection is proved to be a simple, safe, feasible and effective way.
