摘要
目的:探讨自体角膜缘上皮细胞移植在治疗翼状胬肉中的作用。方法:翼状胬肉78例,在显微镜下切除翼状胬肉后,将自体的角膜缘上皮移植到缺损区,观察其生长情况。结果:经过6～36mo随访,所有病例翼状胬肉均顺利根治,且无1例复发。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植是治疗翼状胬肉的一种行之有效的好方法。
AIM： To evaluate the effect of corneal limbal epithelial stem cell auto-transplantation in the treatment of pteryglum. METHODS： Seventy-eight cases of pterygium underwent pterygium excision under microscope, and their own corneal limbal epithelia were transplanted onto the damaged areas. RESULTS： After the follow-up of 6-36mo, the pterygia in all the cases were absolutely cured without recurrence. CONCLUSION： Corneal limbal epithelial stem cell auto-transplantation is an effective method in treating pterygium.
