摘要
文章从特别权力关系理论的源流出发,介绍了它的突破、修正、发展趋势,并透过学界对这一理论的争议,提出自己对特别权力关系理论是否应该引入我国的看法。
This paper begins with the origin and development of the Theory of Statutory Entitlement, and then introduces the breakthrough, revision and development trend of it. Through analyzing the disputation of this theory among academicians, the author puts forward his own view on whether this theory should be introduced into China.
