摘要
采用溶剂-超声波法提取槐花脂肪酸,经过甲酯化处理后,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析脂肪酸的组成,共检出13种脂肪酸成分,并对其成分进行了鉴定,分别为亚油酸(4.751%),α-亚麻酸(3.840%),二十三酸(3.441%),二十五酸(3.378%),棕榈酸(3.015%),木焦油(2.803%),二十二酸(2.094%),花生酸(1.308%),硬脂酸(0.936%),二十一酸(0.930%),二十碳烯酸(0.204%),十四酸(0.057%),十五酸(0.036%).用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统,得出各脂肪酸的相对百分含量.
The fatty acid compositions in Sophora japonica L were extracted by solvent-ultrasonic methed, after methyl esterifying treatment, the components and content of fatty acid were analyzed by GC-MS. Thirteen fatty acids were identified, with peak area normalization, components of them were 11,14-Octadecadienoic acid (4.751% ), 9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid(Z, Z, Z) (3.840 %), Tricosanoic acid(3. 441%), Pentacosanoic acid (3. 378%), Hexadecanoic acid (3. 015%), Tetracosanoic acid (2. 803%), Docosanoid acid (2. 094%), Eicosanoic acid (1. 308%), Octadecanoic acid (0. 936%), Heneicosanoic acid(0. 930 %),ll-Eicosenoic acid(0.204%),Methyl tetradecaoate(0.057%),Penta-decanoic acid(0. 036 %).
