摘要
大多数企业都强调人力资源在企业发展中的重要作用,强调以人为本,重视对人力资源的开发和利用,给员工提供多种多样的培训机会。但是,在组织实施培训项目过程中,培训部门常面临着培训无效的尴尬局面,如何提高企业培训有效性成为培训部门需要认真对待和加以解决的问题。
Most enterprises are attentive to the role of employee training in their development, emphasizing the development and exploitation of human resources and the provision of training chances. Yet, these enterprises face the situation of training ineffectiveness in the implementation of training projects. Thus, solutions must be found in this regard.
