摘要
中小企业技术引进扩散效果的好坏，是技术引进效果好坏的重要标志之一，如何客观评价技术引进扩散效果是正确判定我国中小企业技术引进状况需要解决的问题，本文围绕这一中心，建立了评价准则及相应的指标体系。
How to evalute the diffusion effect of importing technology is vital to understand the situation in our country about the middle & small enterprises.This paper try to give an answer, we establish corresponding indexs and use AHP method to evaluate. Finally we give an example.
