鱼藤酮与吡虫啉对牛蒡长管蚜毒力最佳配比的筛选及田间防效研究 被引量:4

Screening of Optimum Ratio and Field Effect of Rotenone and Imidacloprid against Uroleucon gobonis (Matsumura)

摘要 采用叶片浸渍法测定了鱼藤酮与吡虫啉混配对牛蒡长管蚜的增效作用及两种药剂混配的最佳配比。结果表明,当这两种药剂有效成分之比为3.55:1时,混配制剂的增效作用最强,此时的共毒系数为138.0333。田间试验结果表明,鱼藤酮与吡虫啉按有效成分3.6:1进行混配后的1000~2000倍液对牛蒡长管蚜有较好的防治效果。 The synergism of Rotenone and Imidacloprid against Uroleucon gobonis was determined with leaf- immersing method, and their optimal ratio was confirmed. The result showed that the mixture of Rotenone and Imidacloprid had synergic action certainly. When the ratio was about 3.55: 1, the CTC was the highest (138. 0333 ). The field trial showed that the effect of 1000 ~ 2000 times mixture EC of Rotenone and Imidacloprid (3.6:1 ) on Uroleucon gobonis was obvious after application.
