载万古霉素缓释钢板对兔胫骨金黄色葡萄球菌感染模型预防作用的研究

摘要 目的探讨载万古霉素缓释钢板在兔胫骨金黄色葡萄球菌感染模型中的预防作用。方法新西兰白兔64只,制备胫骨中段单侧皮质横断骨折模型,分别置入载万古霉素缓释钢板和普通不锈钢钢板,注射金黄色葡萄球菌,比较两种钢板对兔胫骨金葡菌感染模型的预防作用。结果64只兔共存活48只,置入载万古霉素缓释钢板的实验组兔24只中感染2只,普通钢板对照组24只中感染14只,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.001,P<0.05)。两组之间白细胞总数、血沉、C反应蛋白差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论载万古霉素缓释钢板在兔胫骨金黄色葡萄球菌感染模型中有较明确的预防作用。 Objective To study the prevention effect on the staphylococcus aureus infection of rabbit tibia fracture model by plate of vancomycin. Methods Sixty-four white New Zealand rabbits were used to make the model of the midshaft of tibia fracture, and implanted into it with the vanlomycin plate and the common stainless plate respectively and staphylococcus aureus was inoculated. The preventive effect on the staphylococcus aureus infection of rabbit tibia fracture model between the two type plates was compared. Results There were 48 alive in the 64 rabbits infection was confirmed in 14 rabbits out of 19 common plates fixation model, while 2 of 29 rabbits treated with plate of vancomycin got infected. The difference of total white blood cell count,sedimentationra and Creactive protein between the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion The plate of vancomycin has definite preventive effect on the staphylococcus aureus infection of rabbit tibia fracture model.
