摘要
在棕榈酸/十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)/水微乳液中,研究了DBSA催化下棕榈酸和1,4-丁二醇的酯化反应,合成了标题化合物。考察了物料配比、酯化时间、酯化温度和催化剂用量对酯化率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,在n(1,4-丁二醇)∶n(棕榈酸)=5∶1,酯化时间2·5h,酯化温度70℃,DBSA的用量为棕榈酸物质的量的3%时,酯化率最高可达90·86%。
The esterification of palmic acid and 1,4-butanediol was carried out in the (DBSA)/palmic acid/water microemulsion system, resulting in the synthesis of 1,4-butanediyl diester of pulmic acid. The reaction was catalyzed by a sudactant-type catalyst, dodecylbenzenesuffonic acid (DBSA). The influences of feeding ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and amount of catalyst on the esterifieation rate was investigated. The optimum condition was determined as follows: the ratio of 1,4-butanediol and palmitic acid was 5 : 1 ( mole ratio) ; the reaction time was 2.5 h; the reaction temperature was 70 ℃ ; the amount of catalyst was 3% (based on moles of palmic acid) and the highest esterification rate could reach 90.86 %.
