摘要
探讨了用脱金属剂在超声波作用下脱除辽河蜡油中金属镍和钙的技术,重点讨论了超声波对脱金属的辅助作用、脱金属剂及用量、反应时间、超声波强度、超声波频率的影响。实验结果表明,加超声波的脱金属效果明显优于未加超声波的脱金属效果,用超声波可以在几分钟内达到较高的脱金属率。当加剂量为1500μg.g-1、超声波作用下反应12min、超声强度为8W.cm-2时脱金属效果较好,镍脱除率可达到85%以上,钙的脱除率达80%以上。
The removal technology of Ni and Ca from Liaohe wax oil under the ultrasonic radiation with the demetalization agent is presented. The influences of assistant effect of the ultrasonic, demetalization agent and its amount, reaction time, the ultrasonic intensity and frequency on the removal of Ni and Ca are mainly discussed. The results show that the demetalization with ultrasonic is much hotter than without it. It can achieve an excellent removal rate of metal in a few minutes. The demetalization can he optimized under the conditions of the demetalization agent is 1500μg·g^-1, the ultrasonic radiation time is 12 min and the ultrasonic intensity is 8W·cm^-2. The removal rates of Ni and Ca can reach over 85% and 80% respectively.
