摘要
系统性红斑狼疮的诊断容易,主要靠临床表现和相关免疫学指标,但是其病因和发病机制不是很明确,且尚无特异的治疗方法。近年来随着免疫学、遗传学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、分子药理学等学科的发展,系统性红斑狼疮的治疗如免疫治疗、生物制剂、免疫球蛋白静脉滴注、血液净化、造血干细胞移植术等方面取得了很大进展,现对其作用途径、动物实验、临床试验及临床使用情况做一综述。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is an autoimmune disease, which can be diagnosed based on its clinical manifestations and a few immunological index, especially antinuclear antibodies. There is not specific method for management of the disease. With the development of immunology, genetics, molecular biology,molecular pharmacology and cytobiology, new drug and strategies have been introduced in the treatment of SLE. The article summarized their pathways, animal experiment, clinic experiment and so on.
