摘要
噬菌体展示肽库技术是一种用于筛选蛋白、多肽的强有力的生物技术,将外源蛋白与噬菌体外壳蛋白融合而表达于噬菌体颗粒表面,被展示的外源蛋白可以保持相对独立的空间结构和生物活性。目前,此技术已被广泛应用于生命科学研究的不同领域,尤其在肿瘤的诊断和治疗方面。
Phage display libraries of peptides has proven to be a powerful technology for selecting polypeptides with desired biological and physieochemical properties from huge molecular libraries. Fragments of foreign peptides or proteins are expressed as fusion proteins displayed on the phage surface, which keep their relatively independent spatial structure and biological activity. Phage-display techniques can be exploited to display peptide protein domains and used especially as a tool for diagnosis and treatment of Tmnor. Recent applications and technical improvements are discussed in this article in further developments in the field of phage display.
