自血紫外线光量子疗法对外周血细胞染色体畸变影响的研究

摘要 对34例急性脑血管病人应用XL-200型血液辐射仪进行自血紫外线光量子辐照治疗,患者接受UV-C253.7nm剂量率0.568J/m2.S-1经对照射不同时间(0、4、8、10分钟)以及分别充氧4、8、10分钟的血进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变的分析,结果表明:经紫外线辐照治疗前及经不同时间辐照治疗后,染色体畸变率无显著差异(P>0.05),提示用此方法治疗对患者遗传物质无明显致畸变效应。 The chromosome aberrations of the peripheral blood cells were observed in 34 patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases who were given treatment of self blood phototherapy .Their blood were irradiated with various times (0,4,8,10 minutes) and blood oxygenated for 4,8,10 minutes ,respectively The result showed that there were no differences statistically ( P >0.05) in chromosome aberration before and after the therapy for various times. It was sugested that the method had no obvious effects of aberration on the genetic materials in the patient.
