摘要
目的探讨影响护士主观幸福感的因素。方法应用Fazio总体幸福感量表及自编基本情况调查表进行调查。结果343名护士总体幸福感在年龄、行政职务、是否上夜班(近1月内)、科别、婚姻状况、生育状况分类中,同类组间比较无显著性差异;受教育程度分类:中专组与大专组、中专组与本科组问无显著性差异,本科组显著高于大专组;职称分类:职称越高,总体幸福感得分越低。工作年限分类:≤1年组显著高于其它各组,余组间无显著性差异;深圳特区工作年限分类:≤1年组显著高于〉3-≤5年组,余组问无显著性差异;自评健康状况分类:“好”组显著高于“一般”组,余者无显著性差异。结论本研究发现职称、受教育程度、工作年限、深圳特区工作年限、自评健康状况是影响护士主观幸福感的重要因素。
Objective Study on subjective well - being status and its influencing factors in nurses. Methods We investigate with Fazio general well - bing schedule and self - made general information schedule. Results 343 nurses were divided into 6 groups according to age, administration duty, whether take night shift (within 1 month), department, marriage status, breeding stares. There are no significant difference between 6 groups. In educational level: there were no significant difference between secondary profession school, college and under graduate course group. The under graduate course group were obviously higher than college group. In professional title level : the higher professional title is, the lower general well - being score. In working life time level: the group≤1 year is obviously higher than other group and there are no significant difference between other groups. In working life time in Shenzhen, the group ≤1 year is obviously higher than 〉3- ≤5 years group. There are no significant difference between other groups. In self health status level: the scores of well heath status group were obviously higher than common group. Condusion We find professional rifle, educational degree, working life time, working life time in Shenzhen, self health status were significant influencing factors of subjective well - being status in nurses.
