摘要
花卉产业是21世纪的朝阳产业,其市场前景极其广阔。文章以环己烷为连续相,Span-60为悬浮稳定剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N’—亚甲基双丙烯胺为交联剂制备聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂。通过对不同条件下产品的对比实验,发现影响树脂吸水率最主要因素的是交联剂质量分数,交联剂质量分数为0.015时合成树脂的吸水率出现极大值。
The flowers and plants industry is one prospect industry in 21st century. In this research, Hexamethylene is taken as con- tinuous phase, Span -60 as a suspension stabilizer, ammonium persulfate as the initiator , N, N^+ - the methyl radical double allyl amine as thinuous appearance crossl/nking agent. Through experiments on the products under different conditions, findings show that the main factor under the water absorbing capacity is the crosslinking agent quality score. When the crosslinking agent quality score is 0. 015 % , the water absorbing capacity of the synthetic resin appears the maximum value.
