摘要
随机采用３０个颅脑标本，经ＣＴ扫描后锯切出相应断面。另选取６０例颅脑ＣＴ片，经断面标本与片子的综合观察和分析，找出在主要ＣＴ扫描层面上辨认脑回和确定脑叶的方法。大脑髓质显影清晰而易于辨认，自大脑髓质发出的髓突对应相应的脑回，只要认准髓突，即可识别脑回和划分脑叶。按此方法，在８个常用的颅脑ＣＴ层面上分别描述了髓突的典型分布以及脑回、脑叶的定位。
The method which identify cerebrum gyrus and lobe was studied on 30 cranial transverse sections and its CT films as well as another 60 CT films. The cerebrum marrow can be seen clearly. The marrow project deliveried from cerebrum marrow opposited to corresponding gyrus. If the marrow project was identified, the corresponding gyrus can be distinguished and then the brain lobe can be distinguished also. According to this method, the typical distribution of the marrow project and the location of the c erebrum gyrus and lobe were described on 8 commonly used sections in each brain.
