脑冠状位SPECT图像的皮质机能定位和大脑动脉的血液配布 被引量:6

摘要 脑SPECT图像对照脑断层标本观察能识别更多颅底骨性标志和内部结构。籍此作图像层面定位,绘出简图。再将标本和MRI的皮质机能定位和动脉配布知识应用于脑SPECT图像观察,由此脑SPECT图像亦能绘出机能定位和动脉配布的简图。本文以十二个冠状位图像表示其结果,层次名称依序如下:(1)额叶皮质,(2)额叶白质,(3)胼胝体膝部,(4)外侧裂池,(5)不连接两侧脑底灰质块,(6)连接两侧脑底灰质块,(7)侧脑室体部,(8)中间帆池,(9)胼胝体压部和压部,(1)侧脑室三角区,(11)侧脑室后角。(12)枕叶皮质。 Abstract The observation of the brain SPECT images in contrast with the sectional specimens was helpfulin distinguishing more aatomic structures which contained the landmarks of the base of the skull and the internalstructures of the brain. In this paper, these structures were utilized to settle the layers of images,then the sketchesof the images were drawn. The knowledge of conical functional areas and arterial territories in respect to the sectional specimens and MR images was applied to the observation of the brain SPECT images. The results of the observation were also drawn on the sketches So the brain SPECT images, in which neither sulcus and gyms of cerebrum nor arteries themselves were discriminated,were used ic distinguish conical functional areas and arterial territories. Following twelve images were employed to show the results of this paper: 1 cortex of floutal lobes. 2.white matter within frontal lohes. 3. genu of corpus callosum. 4. cistern of lateral cerebral fissure. 5. unconnectedbilateral grey masses. 6. connected bilateral grey masses. 7. biateral bodies of lateral ventricles. 8. cistera velum interpositum.9. splenium of corpus callosum and brain stem. 10. trigone of lateral ventricles. 11.posterior horn of lateral ventricles. 12. cortex of occipital pole
