摘要
培训对于中小企业留人起到了关键性的作用,本文通过对影响留人的相关问题进行分析,提出要重视培训、革新观念、加大投入,加强上岗引导,关注留人的技术层面,基于员工职业生涯设计培训体系。
Training plays an important role for retaining talents in small and medium-sized enterprises. (SMEs)By analyzing problems related to retaining talents, this paper proposed the view of emphasizing on training, reforming concepts, enlarging the input, strengthening the employee orientation, paying attention to the technological aspect of retaining talent and constructing the training system based on the employees' professional career.
