摘要
静脉注射大豆叶皂甙(Ts)对大鼠有明显的降低动脉血压的作用,并呈现量效关系,此降压作用不被阿托品对抗也不能减弱去甲肾上腺素的升压作用,说明大豆叶皂甙的降压作用既不是兴奋了M受体也不是阻断α受体引起的,有可能是通过其它受体或直接的扩血管作用的结果。当动脉血压较低时,Ts使左室收缩压(LVSP)、室内压最大变化速率(+dp/dtmax)、动脉收缩压(SAP)、动脉舒张压(DAP)都不同程度地升高,平均动脉压(MAP)可被酚妥拉明和心得安降低。
The quality of soyasaponin (Ts) from soyabean leaves was similar to that from soyabean. The depressor and bradycardia effects of Ts,injected through peripheral pathway (i. v) wereobtained,and a dose-effect relationship was demonstrated. The depressor effect was not antagonizedby atropine,and could not weaken the pressor action induced by the administration of noradrenaline.It showed that thi8 depressor effect neither was induced by the excitation of M receptors nor was induced by blocking the a receptors, and it was perhaps realized through other receptors or by the directddstory action of Ts on arteries. While the animal blood pressure was in lower level, Ts could raisethe left ventricle systolic pressure (LVSP), the maximum change rate of ventricle pressure (+dp/dtmax), systolic arterial pressure (SAP) and diastolic arterial pressure (DAP). Mean arterial pressure(MAP) could be decreased by phentolamine and proprenolol.
