摘要
为了解目前我国儿科医学的办学现状及探讨今后的发展方向,作者通过网上收集资料,对上海地区和全国12所开设儿科医学教育的主要高等院校的招生情况、师资力量、教学资源进行了调研。根据调研结果,提出招收八年制临床医学(儿科方向)学生,努力培养高层次的儿科人才,同时加强儿科继续医学教育,建立儿科国家级教育基地,构筑多层次的教育体系。
Most of higher medical schools in China have changed their way to train pediatrician since pediatrics was eliminated as a category of undergraduate specialty in 1998. This paper investigates the data from internet about the present situation of 12 higher medical schools in Shanghai and the other areas of our country. The results show an unbalance development of pediatric education in different higher medical schools. The authors suggest setting up a multi-layer education system to foster high level pediatricians for the development of pediatrics.
