摘要
作为一种可持续性发展理论的基础,生态哲学的悄然兴起预示着21世纪"生态时代"的到来。"生态时代"应具有新的心理健康观。在生态世界观的观照下,心理健康具有了新的内涵,即个体心理整体机能的良好状态,个体内部心理及个体与自然生态整体的动态平衡,个体的可持续性发展与"人-自然-社会"复合生态系统整体的可持续性发展的辩证统一,这将进一步拓展心理健康的研究领域,促进学校心理健康教育的开展。
As foundation of a sustainable development theory, ecophilosophy is flourishing, which indicates the arrival of ＂ecological era＂ in the 21st Century. ＂Ecological era＂ should have a new mental health view. From the perspective of ecophilosophy, mental health has acquired new connotations as follows： good condition of individual overall psychological function, dynamic balance between individual internal psychology and the overall ecology of Nature, and the dialectical unification of sustainable development of the individual and the sustainable development of ＂human-nature-society＂ ecosystem. This will further expand the research area of mental health and promote the development of mental health education in schools.
