The copolymerization of glycolide-lactide is studied by using stannous octoate as an initiator. The contents of two monomer units in copolymers were determined by 1H NMR spectra. The reactivity ratios of monomers were evaluated by Kelen Tudos method and leastsquare-calculation. The monomer reactivity ratlos of glycolide and lactlde are rl = 3. 4O and r2 = O. 22 respectively.
