摘要 乳酸一羟基乙酸共聚物(PLG)是一种很好的生物医用材料,具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,对人体无毒害,可用作医用缝合线[1]、药物缓释胶囊[2]、内固定及牙科材料等[3].Gilding和Reed[4]在乙交酯和丙交酯共聚反应转化率较高(12.9%~16.4%)时,利用二元共聚方?.. The copolymerization of glycolide-lactide is studied by using stannous octoate as an initiator. The contents of two monomer units in copolymers were determined by 1H NMR spectra. The reactivity ratios of monomers were evaluated by Kelen Tudos method and leastsquare-calculation. The monomer reactivity ratlos of glycolide and lactlde are rl = 3. 4O and r2 = O. 22 respectively.
