摘要
研究了以2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)为显色剂,Triton X-100为增溶剂的多波长K系数法同时测定工业废水铜(Ⅱ)、铁(Ⅲ)和铁(Ⅱ)含量的方法。实验结果表明,铜(Ⅱ)、铁(Ⅲ)和铁(Ⅱ)的测定波长分别选用556 nm,594 nm,470 nm,在pH 5.2HAc-NaAc的缓冲体系中,测量效果较好。测定的线性范围为0.08~0.8μg/mL。测定0.2μg/mL Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ),在六偏磷酸钠存在下,小于40μg/mL的Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Ba^2+,Pb^2+,Mn^2+,Ag^+,SO4^2-,NO3^-,Cl^-,Hg^2+,Al^3+,Si(Ⅳ)没有干扰,大量的Co^2+对测定有干扰。方法用于工业废水中铜(Ⅱ)、铁(Ⅲ)和铁(Ⅱ)的测定,加标回收率分别为97.5%~100.5%,98.8%~98.0%和96.1%~98.9%,相对标准偏差分别为3.98%~4.08%,1.89%~2.17%和3.74%~4.41%。
In the presence of Triton X-100, multiwavelength K-factor spectrophotometry was used to determine Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅱ) in waste water with 2-(5-bromo-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol(5- Br-PADAP) as chromogenic reagent, it is satisfactory that the determination of Cu(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅱ) are carried out in pH 5.2 buffer solution and at 556 nm, 594 nm and 470 nm, respectively. Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0. 08-0. 8 μg/mL. Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ ,Ba^2+ ,Pb^2+ ,Mn^2+ ,Ag^+,SO4^2- ,NO3^- ,Cl^- , Hg^2+ , Al^3+ ,Si(Ⅳ) do not interfere in the determination of 0.2 μg/mL Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ) if these coexitence ions present in not greater than 40 μg/mL and there is sodium hexame taphospha as masking agent in the determination solution. Co^2+ affects the determination when present in larger amount. The method is used in the determination of Cu(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) in waste water from the factory with the recoveries of 97.5%-100.5%, 98.8%-98.0% and 96.1%-98.9%, and the relative standard deviations of 3.98%-4.08%, 1.89%-2.17% and 3.74%-4.41%,respectively.
