摘要
目的对黄蜀葵花的化学成分进行研究。方法采用柱色谱、LC-MS及GC-MS对黄蜀葵花化学成分进行分离纯化,并结合光谱法鉴定其结构。结果分离得到了杨梅素、木槿苷等6个化合物,并鉴定了十四烷酸等11个挥发性成分。结论实验首次采用GC-MS对该植物的挥发性成分进行分析鉴定,并首次从秋葵属植物中分离得到木槿苷。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Abelmoschus manihot. Methods Column chromatography, LC-MS, GC- MS and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as myricetin, hibiscetin-3-O-glucoside etc. Eleven volatile compounds were identified as Tetradecanoic acid etc. Conclusion In this study,the volatile constituents of Abelmoschus manihot were isolated and identified by GC-MS for the first time. Hibiscetin-3-O- glucoside was isolated from Abelmoschus for the first time.
