摘要以不同杂种系的百合品种进行远缘杂交培育杂种。杂种采用Anchored random primer-poly-merase chain reaction(ARP-PCR)鉴定,即利用已经在百合染色体上锚定的引物,扩增亲本和杂种的DNA,鉴定杂种。首次报道了利用ARP-PCR技术鉴定百合杂种。实验结果表明:ARP-PCR技术中锚定引物的长度是15bp,退火温度54℃,只扩增出材料的主带型,可重复性高,可靠性好。
