摘要
本文介绍了日本公营住宅的申请资格、入住程序、退居时的要求、建造标准等制度方面的规定。并以日本新舄市市营住宅为例,对住宅小区的分布与规模、住宅楼及户型平面的特征随年代推移的发展变化等进行了分析。在此基础上,从制度和住宅小区规划设计两方面提出了对我国廉租住房建设的几点建议。
The regulations of government-built apartment complex in Japan such as the application qualifications, the construction standards as well as the procedure and requirements of moving in and out are introduced. Moreover, through a case study of Niigata City, the characteristics with the changes of time including the distribution and scale of housing complex, the residential buildings and the plan of apartment are analyzed. Based on the study, some suggestions for the regulation as well as the planning and design of low-rent housing in China are proposed.
