摘要
随着城市住房向着市场化和商业化迅猛推进,房价也随之一路飙升,中低收入群体无力购房的状况日益突出,并逐渐成了严重的社会问题之一,于是保障性住房的建设,成了当下政府和民众关注的热点。中国和日本在地理位置、国际地位和人口密度等方面都有着相似之处,因此,比较中、日两国在解决中低收入阶层住房问题的差异,能给我们带来一些启发和思考。
With rapid advance of urban housing to marketization and commercialization,housing prices are soaring with it,and the situation that middle and low-income groups cannot afford to buy a house becomes increasingly predominant,which gradually becomes one of serious social problems,consequently,the construction of welfare-oriented housing becomes a hot spot to which the government and the masses pay attention nowadays.China and Japan have similarities in many aspects such as geographical position,international status,and population density,therefore,it can enlighten us and make us think by comparing the difference in solving the housing problem of the middle and low-income stratum between China and Japan.
