继发性脊髓损伤中细胞凋亡的基因调控 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨继发性脊髓损伤中细胞凋亡的基因调控最新研究进展。方法综述了近年来Caspase,Fas和FasL系统、p53、bcl-2、IEGs在继发性脊髓损伤中神经元细胞凋亡调控机制的研究进展。结果细胞凋亡是受细胞内源性基因、酶和信号传导途径调控的一个"瀑布式"激活过程。细胞凋亡的相关基因可分为凋亡促进基因和凋亡抑制基因。结论通过对凋亡促进基因的抑制或促进凋亡抑制基因的表达,可以抑制继发性脊髓损伤中神经元细胞的凋亡。随着对转基因技术的应用和对高选择性细胞凋亡基因靶位阻断剂的研究不断深入,脊髓损伤的治疗必将有一个突破性的进展。
