摘要
介绍了称量法测定新型杀虫剂美加农(0.12%藻酸丙二醇酯可溶液剂)中有效成分的方法。该方法是基于水解藻酸丙二醇酯(propylene glycol alginate,PGA)所产生的藻酸不溶于水,因此可定量滤出。样品分析精密度为0.007%。
A gravimetric analysis was established to determine the active ingredient in insecticide Agri-50. This technique takes advantage of the fact that the product of hydrolysis of propylene glycol alginate （PGA）, alginic acid, is insoluble in water and can be filleted off and quantified. The test result shows： the procedure is very simple and reliable, and the precision of the method is 0.007 %.
