摘要
通过硬度试验、冲击试验、断口扫描和金相组织观察,研究了T92钢焊接接头的韧性与组织的关系。结果表明,焊缝的硬度值高,冲击功值低,其断口形貌与焊接热影响区的有显著差异,而焊缝金属组织中粗大的马氏体板条及板条束是导致焊缝韧性明显低于HAZ的主要因素之一。
Through hardness test, impacting test, SEM of failure surface and microstructure observation, the relationship between the toughness and its microstructure of welding joint of T92 steel was studied. It is concluded that, with lower impact toughness, weld metal has higher hardness value than HAZ. The SEM appearance of weld metal and HAZ is very different discrepancy, the coarse martensite laths is a key factor which cause that the impact energy of weld metal is lower than that of HAZ.
