摘要
异构数据库系统的集成是当前数据处理领域的研究热点,它能有效地利用信息资源,实现数据共享.提出了一种基于XML的异构数据库集成的方法,XML中间件层是异构数据源集成的关键和核心,它能够实现XML数据模型与数据源各数据模型之间的映射和数据源文档与XML文档的相互转换.利用这种方法可有效地集成各种数据格式的异构数据库系统.
The Multidatabase System, which can exploit the information resources effectively and realize the data sharing, is one of the widely researched topics in the current data processing field. This paper introduces a XML-based approach to multidatabase integration. The XML middleware, which can realize the mapping between XML data pattern and the data pattern from data source and the interconversion on XML documentation and the documentation from data source, is the key and core on the integration of heterogeneous. Making use of the approach can effectively integrate the heterogeneous database in various data patterns.
