摘要
世界油运市场对超大型油船(VLCC)的需求非常迫切。油船共同结构规范(CSR)对VLCC结构设计的影响是全面和系统的。加之MARPOL 12A条款要求对燃油舱设置双壳保护,给机舱的结构设计增加了难度。该文以308 000吨VLCC为例,对基于CSR的VLCC的机舱设计进行了研究,对燃油舱的双壳保护、内壳折角和甲板上浪等技术问题进行了分析,初步阐明了CSR对VLCC机舱设计的影响。
Nowadays the demand of VLCC is very urgent and will increase steadily. CSR for Double Hull Oil Tankers, have many influences on the structural design of VLCC. Additional, in "MARPOL Reg 12A" the demand of Double Hull Protection for fuel oil tank , increases the difficulty of structure design for engine room. In this paper, based on the requirements of CSR, a 308 000 dwt VLCC is taken as an example for the engine room design of VLCC. Some details are discussed, such as Double Hull Protection for fuel oil tank, knuckle on the inner hull, green sea loads and so on, which can show the influence on the engine room design for VLCC based on the requirement of CSR.
