全焊透是浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)船体结构焊接中非常重要的一种焊接形式,主要用于高应力区和特殊结构区域的焊接。本文简要介绍了西江23-1FPSO船体结构中全焊透的应用区域和全焊透范围,希望能为FP-SO设计者提供借鉴。
Full penetration welding is one of the important welding types for hull structure of floating production, storage and offloading surface units. Full penetration welding is usually adopted in high stress areas and some special areas. This article concisely introduces the region and range of full penetration welding in XJ23 - 1 FPSO hull based on BV rules. The main objective of this article is to provide some references for further designers.
