摘要
氨基苯酚和2,6-二氯苯腈通过缩合反应,合成得到了2,6-双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯甲腈(26B4APBN)。利用差示扫描热分析(DSC)和傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)对单体26B4APBN进行分析表征。由二胺单体和均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)进行聚合得到26B4APBN/PMDA聚酰胺酸,再经热亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺薄膜;测试了该薄膜的接触角,讨论了单体分子结构对聚合物接触角的影响。
The compound of 2, 6-Bis(4-aminophenoxy) benzonitrile (26B4APBN) was synthesized through condensation reaction between 4-aminophenol(4AP) and 2, 6-dichlorobenzonitrile(DCBN) . 26B4APBN monomer was further characterized by Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Fourier-transfer infrared(FTIR).Based on 26B4APBN monomer, polyamic acid was obtained by polymerization with py- romellitic dianhydride(PMDA), and further imidized into polyimide(PI) film by heating process. Contact angle of 26B4APBN/PMDA-PI film、 1, 3-Bis(4-amino-phenoxy) benzene/PMDA-PI film and 1, 4-Bis (4-aminophenoxy) benzene/PMDA-PI film were then tested. The influence of monomer molecule structure on polymers' contact angle was discussed.
