摘要
根据专题研究成果，对我国城市垃圾排放量、成分以及处理设施的建设、运营现状进行全面分析和研究，并指出了存在的主要问题．
According to the result of the special study, the status quo about municipal refuse production and components and the disposal instalation construction and operation in China are analyzed and evaluated ,also the existing problems are pointed out.
