大豆磷脂是大豆油精炼时的副产物,它具有独特的理化性质和营养价值,应用范围很广。本文结合实际生产情况介绍了大豆磷脂的制备方法,并介绍了大豆磷脂的性质及在食品中的应用情况。
Soybean phospholipid is the by-product of refining soybean oil, which has special physical and chemical properties and nutritional value, and is widely used in many fields. This paper introduced the preparation methods of the phospholipid in accordance with practical production conditions, and described the properties and its application in the food industry.
