摘要
本文在介绍了成熟度模型及基于成熟度的图书馆知识管理的基础上,设计出了基于成熟度的图书馆知识管理模型,并就基于成熟度的图书馆知识管理模型的作用和发展展望进行了论述。
This paper introduces the Maturity Model and the Knowledge Management of library based on Maturity. On the basis of tiffs, it constructs the model of the Knowledge Management Model of library based on Maturity, and charts the significance of the Knowledge Management Model of library based on Maturity. Finally, it takes a glance into the future of the Knowledge Management Model of library based on Maturity.
