摘要
目的:了解辨经远道取穴配合运动疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的确切疗效。方法:通过对29例急性腰扭伤患者行辨经远道取穴配合运动疗法治疗,并与26例行局部取穴配合运动疗法治疗相比较,对两组治愈率和有效率进行统计分析。结果:辨经组的治愈率和有效率均明显优于对照组。结论:对急性腰扭伤患者行辨经远道取穴配合运动疗法治疗疗效确切。
Objective ：To realize actual therapeutic effects of acupuncture at variational distal point cooperated with kinesitherapy on acute lumbar sprain. Methods ：55 cases of acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into two groups, a acupuncture at variational distal point cooperated with kinesitherapy group in 29 cases and a acupuncture at Houxi cooperated with kinesitherapy group in 26 cases. Their therapeutic effects were evaluated by statistics analysis on the cure rate and effective rate, Results ： The cure rate and effective rate of the group of acupuncture at variational distal point were significant excelled to the comparison group.
