摘要
目的:考察七情配伍对中药复方毒/效关系的影响,探讨其内在联系。方法:以古代文献及现代研究结果为依据,分析总结七情对中药复方毒/效影响及其作用的规律。结果:七情配伍中相须、相使配伍能产生增效减毒效应,相杀、相畏配伍具有减毒增效之功,相反、相恶配伍有潜在的增效作用,七情合和在病证的影响下对复方整体毒/效关系起多样性作用,能使复方毒性最小化,疗效最大化。结论:中药七情配伍与复方的毒/效关系之间有着密切的内在联系,合理利用七情对药物毒/效关系的影响,对指导临床安全用药、提高药物疗效有重大意义。
Objective ： To investigate the influence of seven methods in prescription compatibility on toxicity and effects of complex prescription,and to elucidate their internal relations. Methods ： The ancient medical literatures and modern research achievements are basic to analyze and summarize the influence of seven methods in prescription compatibility on toxicity and effects of complex prescription and their laws. Results ： Among the seven methods in prescription compatibility, mutual reinforcement and mutual assistance can enhance the curative effects and weaken toxicity, but stress more on enhancing curative effects. Mutual detoxication and mutual restraint are similar to mutual reinforcement and mutual assistance,but place emphasis on weakening toxicity, Although mutual inhibition and incompatibility belong to contraindication in drugs, they can enhance the curative effects potentionally. Influenced by syndromes,the rational usage of seven methods in prescription compatibility can cause variety on the whole toxicity and therapeutic effects of complex prescription which can minimize toxicity and maximize curative effects. Conclusion ：There is a close internal relationship between the seven methods in prescription and the toxicity and effects of complex prescription. Therefore ,taking use of the influence of the seven methods in prescription on toxicity and effectiveness of complex prescription rationally has a great significance to guide the safety in clinical medication and to raise therapeutic effects.
