摘要
目的:建立尿毒康合剂的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别黄芪、大黄。用高效液相色谱法测定大黄中的大黄酚含量。结果:大黄酚在48~132μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为97.54%,RSD为3.67%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为尿毒康合剂的质量控制方法。
Objective : Establish a method for the quality control of Niaodukang mixture. Methods : RadixAstragali, Radix et Rhizoma Rheii, Radix Salviae mitiorrh izae were identified by TLC. Chrysophanol was determined by the method of HPLC. Results :The quantification method had the linearrange of 48 - 132μg and the linearity relation was fine( r = 0.99963 ). The average recovery was 100.89% and its RSD was 3.67%. Conclusion :The quality standard of the mixture was provided. The methods for identification and quantification were simple, reproducible and realizable. It was the quality control method of the niaodukang mixture.
